Cách Làm Sữa Hạt Bí Xanh

Hạt bí ngô xanh rất giàu vitamin nhóm B, beta-carotene, vitamin E, kẽm, hợp chất L-trytophan, phytosterol… Uống sữa hạt bí ngô không chỉ cung cấp năng lượng mà còn giúp giảm căng thẳng thần kinh, giảm lo lắng, giúp kháng khuẩn, thậm chí còn có khả năng ngăn ngừa ung thư hiệu quả.

Bước 2: Cho đậu xanh, bí xanh cùng 600ml nước và đường phèn vào máy làm sữa hạt. Chọn chế độ không nấu. Sau khi kết thúc rót ra ly và thưởng thức thôi.

Bạn có thể cho vào chai thủy tinh và để trong ngăn mát tủ lạnh để bảo quản.

2.Sữa bí xanh – yến mạch:

Nguyên liệu:

  • 30g hạt bí xanh.
  • 70g yến mạch.
  • 10g đường phèn.
  • 1 lít nước lọc

Cách làm:

Bước 1: Yến mạch cán mỏng và ngâm trong nước lọc khoảng 15 phút và ngâm hạt bí trong 8 giờ.

Bước 2: Đun hạt bí và yến mạch với 1 lít nước, có thể thêm một miếng quế nhỏ để tăng mùi thơm. Thêm một xíu muối và đường.

Bước 3: Khi hỗn hợp sôi nhẹ, đem xay nhuyễn và rây bỏ xác. Phần xác hạt có thể trộn thêm bột mỳ để áp chảo thành bánh hoặc thêm bột mỳ cùng trứng cho vào lò nướng để thành bánh ăn vặt (công thức bánh sẽ up sau nhé).
